Details of Request

I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
For the purposes of this request, please consider all schools within your academy trust and provide the figures as an aggregate total across the trust.

I am specifically interested in complaints made by parents or carers concerning vaping or smoking on school premises.

Please provide:
1. The number of complaints received from parents or carers regarding vaping or smoking on school premises during 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
2. The number of fines, penalties, warnings, cautions or other formal enforcement actions issued in response to vaping or smoking on school premises during 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
3. The number of complaints received from parents or carers regarding vaping or smoking on school premises during 1 January 2026 to 31 July 2026.
4. The number of fines, penalties, warnings, cautions or other formal enforcement actions issued in response to vaping or smoking on school premises during 1 January 2026 to 31 July 2026.

If your trust does not hold this information centrally, please provide any information you hold that falls within the scope of this request. If the information is held separately by individual schools within the trust, please provide the aggregate figure if reasonably practicable.
