Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please provide me with the following information about the recording of sexual misconduct, sexual violence and sexual abuse by the trust and its academies.

1. How many pupils received a fixed-period exclusion for sexual misconduct in the schools managed by your academy trust in each of the following school years? (Please provide the exclusions recorded by all the trust’s schools, i.e the aggregate per year.)

2. How many pupils were permanently excluded for sexual misconduct in the schools managed by your academy trust in each of the following school years? (Please provide the exclusions recorded by all the trust’s schools, i.e. the aggregate per year.)

Ofsted’s recent review of sexual abuse in schools recommended “routine record-keeping and analysis of sexual harassment and sexual violence, including online, to identify patterns and intervene early to prevent abuse.”

3. What is the total number of incidents or allegations of sexual misconduct by staff reported by the trust and/or its schools to local authorities between 2016-17 and 2020-21 to date?

3.1 If the trust and or its schools/academies specifically records incidents or allegations of sexual misconduct by teachers, then please provide the aggregate total number recorded between 2016-17 and 2020-21 to date?

4. Does the trust and/or its schools record incidents of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and sexual violence that do not lead to an exclusion for sexual misconduct? (N.B. This is not a request for figures.)
4.1 If so, under what heading/terminology are these incidents recorded?

5. Does the trust and/or its schools record figures specifically on the following (please answer yes or no):

5.1 Upskirting by children (pupils)
5.2 Gender-based violence between children (pupils)
5.3 Sexual violence/sexual harassment between children (pupils)
