Halal / Kosher meals served in schools

I am researching the provision of kosher and halal in school meals provided by academy trusts. I’d be grateful if you could please answer the following questions under the Freedom of Information Act. (If your school is the only school in the trust, please simply answer for that school).

1. Please provide a list of schools in your trust where halal/kosher meat is served in school meals. In this list, please indicate:
   a) Which schools serve halal/kosher meat from animals that have not been stunned before slaughter and/or is certificated by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC).
   b) Which schools serve only meat that is halal/kosher, i.e. the only meat options available are halal/kosher.
2. If there are any schools in your trust which serve only meat that is halal/kosher, please indicate how, if at all, parents are told this.
3. Please provide any policy documents from the Academy regarding school meals and/or halal and/or kosher meat.
