‘Our Strategy’ launch

During the last six months we have worked closely with our stakeholders in and beyond our school communities, including with our pupils and Youth Board, to build a strategy that will lead into our next chapter to secure ‘the best for everyone, the best from everyone’.

This is a really exciting time for Bright Futures as we look ahead to achieving the best outcomes for all our children and young people. We have updated the description of each Trust value and added three new values of ‘Leadership’, ‘Equality’ and ‘Resilience’. We have refined our commitments and placed ‘Children at the heart of decision making’ first. We have established a set of strategic ambitions designed to ensure that every child and young person receives the best possible experience at school. These ambitions will challenge us, drive our progress, and empower individuals to thrive.

We want ‘Our Strategy’ to be lived, not something that is filed away and forgotten about, and we have lots planned to ensure this is the case. Watch this space!
