Bright Futures is delighted to continue its partnership with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) through the next phase of the Careers System Leader Project.
Over recent years, the programme has connected experienced Careers System Leaders with schools across Greater Manchester, helping to strengthen careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) and support progress against the Gatsby Benchmarks. Through tailored support, expert guidance and practical improvement strategies, schools have been able to further develop their careers provision and enhance outcomes for young people.
The Trust is proud to have once again been entrusted with delivering this important programme and looks forward to working closely with GMCA to support schools across the region.
Building on the success of previous phases, the project will continue to develop system leadership, encourage collaboration between schools and create meaningful opportunities for young people as they prepare for their future education, training and employment pathways.
Lisa Fathers OBE, CEO of Bright Futures Educational Trust, said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with GMCA on the Careers System Leader Project. This programme has made a significant contribution to strengthening careers provision across Greater Manchester, and we look forward to building on that success. By connecting schools with experienced system leaders, we can support continuous improvement and help ensure that more young people benefit from high-quality careers education and guidance.”
